Voting Question: St. Paul MN Wedding reception sites?

I am planning my wedding for July 25th, 2009. I am struggling with finding a reception spot and am tired of googling it. So I am hoping for some good suggestions for a location in an eastern suburb of St. paul. Even in St. Paul would be fine. I'm kinda on a budget so watch prices.
